Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

1 Nature of the Platform & Educational Disclaimer

AI Governica provides scenario-based question banks, clause gap-analysis quizzes, and readiness benchmarks designed to assist compliance practitioners, internal auditors, risk managers, and engineering organizations preparing for AI standards certification.

2 Licensing Tiers & Seat Allocations

We provide access under two distinct licensing structures:

• A. Individual Single Standard Pass ($99 one-time): Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for one named individual to access the full question bank, clause citations, and certificates for the specified standard. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• B. Corporate Team Seat Bundles ($499 / 10 seats): Grants an enterprise organization a dedicated Company Workspace with the ability to invite and allocate up to the purchased quota of distinct named employee seats. Workspace managers may reassign licenses if an employee leaves the organization, but simultaneous multi-user seat sharing is prohibited.

3 Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All question items, scenario narratives, prompt engine templates, analytics dashboards, and software source code on AI Governica are the proprietary intellectual property of AI Governica and its licensors.

You may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, republish, resell, or distribute our exam question banks, in whole or in part, without express written authorization from AI Governica.

4 Payments, Billing & Refund Terms

All purchases are billed in United States Dollars ($ USD) via Stripe. Taxes and VAT are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery and access to complete proprietary question banks, refund requests will be honored within 14 calendar days of purchase provided the user has completed fewer than 20% of the standard's practice questions.

5 Acceptable Use & Security Rules

When accessing the platform, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract question banks or answers.
• Attempt to bypass license restrictions, invite key validations, or role guards.
• Share login credentials or invite keys outside authorized organizational boundaries.
• Interfere with or compromise the security, infrastructure, or availability of the service.

6 Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers

AI Governica is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our question packs and clause explanations are authored by accredited AI risk and compliance practitioners, we do not warrant that our practice exams will guarantee success on any external third-party certification audit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Governica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, commercial non-conformities, or regulatory sanctions resulting from reliance on practice test scores.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of AI Governica shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
